These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between advertisers ("Advertiser," "you," or "your") and CkAds ("Network," "CkAds," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering as an Advertiser or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
CkAds is a performance-based affiliate network committed to transparency and results-driven marketing solutions. We connect Advertisers with Publishers to generate quality leads and services through various marketing channels.
To become an Advertiser with CkAds Network, you must:
CkAds reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or business details.
As an Advertiser, you agree to:
4.1 Campaign Creation: Advertisers may create campaigns through the CkAds platform. Each campaign must include clear offer details, payout terms, approved creatives, targeting specifications, and any restrictions (e.g., negative keywords, traffic sources).
4.2 Campaign Changes: We may modify your campaigns with reasonable notice. However, substantial changes to commission rates, offer terms, or tracking mechanisms require advance notification to Publishers and CkAds Network.
4.3 Campaign Termination: CkAds reserves the right to pause or terminate campaigns that violate these Terms, contain fraudulent or misleading ads, receive excessive negative feedback, or present a risk to our Publishers, reputation, or users.
5.1 Billing Terms: In line with our commitment to transparency, CkAds does not charge setup fees for standard account activation of campaigns.
5.2 Performance-Based Model: Advertisers only pay for valid, high-quality results defined in their campaign terms (e.g., leads, sales, installations).
5.3 Payment Terms: Advertisers agree to fund their account in advance (prepay) via Direct Deposit (ACH), USDT (TRC20), or Capitalist. Maintain sufficient balance to cover anticipated publisher payouts. Pay all valid conversions tracked through our system. Settle any outstanding balances within agreed payment terms.
5.4 Disputed Conversions: If you believe certain conversions are invalid, you must report them within 10 days of occurrence. CkAds will investigate and make a determination based on available data and our fraud detection systems.

These Terms remain in effect as long as you maintain an active Advertiser account with CkAds. Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice for any reason, immediately for material breach of these Terms, or immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or flies for bankruptcy.
Upon termination, all active campaigns will be discontinued. Advertisers remain responsible for all valid conversions occurring before termination. Any remaining balance after settling outstanding payments will be refunded. Access to the CkAds platform will be revoked.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business information shared during the partnership. Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data. Process customer data only for legitimate business purposes related to the campaigns.
Advertisers must provide clear privacy policies and obtain necessary consents for data collection and processing activities related to their campaigns.
Advertisers retain ownership of their creative materials and trademarks. By uploading materials to CkAds, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute these materials solely for the purpose of operating and optimizing your campaigns within our network. CkAds retains all rights to its platform, technology, and proprietary data.
